Tasks are an easy way to assign responsibilities to different employees. Work at a restaurant? Try setting tasks for bartenders, wait staff or bussers. In the retail industry? Set up cashiers and different zones for your sales reps. It’s simple. Click the settings icon () on the “Schedule” page.
Once the drop down shows simply click “Edit Tasks” to add/edit/delete any current tasks.

To add a new task just put in the task name, optionally choose a color, and click “Add Task”. Your new task will appear in the task list. From there you have the ability to re-order the tasks by clicking and dragging the arrow next to the task name. You can also change the task color so it stands out from the other tasks on your schedule.
